In 2022, Hublot launched the new Square Bang collection, adding the third and latest series to the Big Bang family. The collection now consists of watches with different geometric shapes: the round Big Bang, the tonneau-shaped Spirit of Big Bang, and the square Square Bang. Powerful and innovative, the Square Bang, with its 42mm square case, inherits the design essence of the Big Bang. Julien Tornare, CEO of HUBLOT, said: "The development of square watches has been somewhat conservative so far, usually limited to breakthroughs in case shape. In the design of the Square Bang Tourbillon Four Days Power Reserve watch, we pushed this challenge to the extreme and designed a movement with a completely rectangular structure. In addition, the bridges use straight, simple and sharp lines to protect the precise operation of the movement inside: the tourbillon, barrel and power reserve system all move in harmony with the circular path.
